Creating your new state of "normal" is a journey, and I appreciate your courage in exploring that change—and in considering me as part of it.
My story started with a foundation of health. I grew up active, surrounded by home-cooked meals (and, yes, plenty of baked treats!). That groundwork served me well into adulthood, but at 25, my health journey took an unexpected turn.
One day, I lost sensation on half my face and couldn’t keep my balance, leading to a series of medical evaluations. Tests showed brain lesions, and I began seeing a multiple sclerosis specialist. Although I remain undiagnosed, I still work closely with my neurologist to manage ongoing symptoms. That June day over five years ago changed so much—including my relationship with food.
I began seeing food as medicine, exploring how nutrition fuels the brain, strengthens cells, and combats challenges like pain, brain fog, and headaches.
Today, as a CrossFit coach, personal trainer, and certified nutritionist, I want to help others on their health journeys. Food has transformed my life, and I believe there’s a better way than the restrictive narratives of "diet culture." I empower my clients to make choices that support their well-being and satisfy their taste buds. Thank you for considering me in your journey to a new state of normal!
